    Jurisdiction Clause:
    All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to GTA Learnings shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, Gwalior Bench.

    5. REFUND POLICY

    Due to the digital nature of services:

      • Course fees are refundable only if a written refund request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
      • After 7 days from the date of payment, the fee (full or partial) shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
      • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 working days.
      • Refunds may be denied in cases where substantial course material has already been accessed or downloaded.

    GTA Learnings reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility for refunds in accordance with this policy.

    6. DISCLAIMER

    GTA Learnings provides academic guidance for Civil Services and State Services examinations.

    We:

      • Do not guarantee selection in UPSC, State PSC, or any other examination.
      • Do not claim affiliation with UPSC, State PSC, or any government authority.
      • Do not promise rank, success, or job placement.
